Extruded aluminum blades, infill grilles, and walkable sunshade systems designed to reduce solar heat gain and create distinctive architectural shadow lines. OGI sunshades can be specified for any sun angle — up to 100% solar block — with finishes ranging from mill aluminum to anodized, PVDF, or super-durable polyester powder coat.

Sunshade Blade Profiles

Extruded 6000 series aluminum in seven profile families — Round, Square, Rectangular, Airfoil, Shutter, Z-Blade, and Wedge — sized from 1” to 8” depending on profile. Featured at Allegheny Energy Transmission HQ and Fort McHenry Memorial.

SG / SGLi Infill Sunshades

Up to 100% solar block at any sun angle with LiteBar option for reduced weight. Also available in I-Bar and LiteBarScreen profiles. Spans up to 12’. Featured at EMD Serrano Building, Boston.

LG Series Sunshades

Extruded fixed aluminum louvers with 45° fin geometry. Up to 100° solar block above horizon. Lightweight with strong strength-to-weight ratio. Featured at 540 West Union Street, Athens, OH.

EG / EGS Infill

Deep-section infill in 1”–12” openings and 1”–6” depths. Solar block up to 72° above horizon. Aluminum or thin-gauge grade 50 carbon steel. Featured at Princeton University Chemistry Building and UC San Diego Structural Materials Engineering.

Outriggers & Fascias

Aluminum outriggers in Tapered, Wedge, Channel, Radial, Profile, Round Plate, Rectangular Plate, and Rectangular Tube. Fascias available in Round, Wedge, Channel, and Rectangular profiles. Mechanically fastened or welded.
